Alpha Omega Miracle Home, Inc.
Mission Statement: To demonstrate God’s love by providing housing, education, and counseling to those who are the most vulnerable: young mothers, their children, and senior women.
Services offered: Since 1999, Alpha-Omega Miracle Home has been providing safe and affordable housing, support, and hope to low-income, homeless (or at risk of homelessness) single/expectant mothers, their children, and senior women in St Johns County. Additionally, there is a Community Diaper Bank and the AOMH Thrift Store which funds its four phase Residential (G.R.O.W) program. It also offers vouchers to the community to shop in the thrift store.
Education services: AOMH provides a place for job readiness skills training for unemployed residents and Life Skills classes.
Volunteer needs: Handyman or woman for minor repairs on campus, Life Skills instructors, transportation for residents, childcare for resident’s children during the Life Skills classes, mentors for residents, administrative supportive services.
